Scotchkote 25 year premier plus roofing membranes are covered by a 25 year manufacturers product guarantee and our own company guarantee.

We can also provide 10, 15 & 20 year insurance backed guarantees for both products.

Both Topseal GRP and Scotchkote Premier plus flat roofing systems have been rigorously tested by the BBA (British Board of Agrement) and are expected to last in excess of the guarantee period.
